Schwingungsmechanismus des Tintenstrahldruckers:
Im Allgemeinen besteht es aus piezoelektrischen Keramik und Antriebsstäben. Durch hochfrequente elektrische Anregung erzeugen Piezokeramik eine hochfrequente Ultraschallvibration (über 60 kHz oder höher), die an den Antriebsstab übertragen wird und eine Hochfrequenz-Mikro-Verschleppung (Hin- und Her-Expansion) an seinem vorderen Ende erzeugt.
Piezo -Keramikkomponenten Features :
1. Hohe Schwingungsamplitude und kann höherer Leistung standhalten.
2. Das Produkt hat eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit, eine starke Wartbarkeit und ist nicht einfach zu brechen oder offline.
3. Die Frequenz kann in einem weiten Bereich eingestellt werden, der im Allgemeinen im Bereich von 10 kHz liegt.
